Any customer ordering any item in our shop suppose the reading, understanding  and preliminary acceptance of our  General Term of Sale.

Order confirmation:

 All information  about order will be confirmed by to, the address specified by the customer in the order form.

Commercial transaction proof:

 The computerized registers, preserved in the information processing systems of company RPS Boxe Creation under reasonable conditions of safety are regarded as the evidence of the communications the orders and the payments occurred between the parts. The filing of the purchase orders and the invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable support being able to be produced by way of proof. Payments by bank cards: The irrevocability of the payment by chart, governed by art. L132.2 of the monetary and financial Code implies for the customer  he must to accept that, as soon as it gave the payment order of a good  which he ordered, he cannot change any more opinion and to cancel it. This not prevent it from disputing the good execution of the delivery (well not delivered, defective goods...) but it must do it to the tradesman and after the payment.

Items information:

All the efforts were made to be ensured of the exactitude of the information presented on Our Website. RPS Boxe Creation or its suppliers are not nevertheless responsible for the special consequences, incidents, damage resulting from the electronic transmissions or of the exactitude of information transmitted even if RPS Boxe Creation knowledge of the possibility of such damage had. The names and marks of products and manufacturers are used only with a one aim of identification. The photographs, descriptions and prices of the products are not contractual.
Technical characteristics of our products are only indicatives and can be modified at any time.

Delivery term:

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the purchase order and only on the geographical areas which we serve. All products are shipped from our warehouse in good conditions. The customer must declare to the conveyor (or the factor) the least small trace of shock (Holes, traces of crushing etc.) on the parcel, and refuse the parcel if necessary. In case of lost  we  will get refund from the conveyor and will deliver a new parcel identical to his expenses. We decline any responsibility as for lengthening for the delivery periods because of the conveyor, in particular in the event of loss of the products, bad weather or strike. : Forwarding is done within 24 hours if available item in Collissimo Access in France, Colissimo OM Expert for DOM -TOM and registered Collissimo Expert International outside France.

Problem of delivery by shipper:

 Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damages, produced missing compared to the delivery order, damaged parcel, broken products...) will have to be imperatively indicated on the delivery order in the form of `' express reservations ', accompanied by the signature of the customer. The customer will have in parallel to confirm this anomaly by addressing to the shipper in (2) the two working days according to the delivery date a mail recommended with acknowledgement of delivery exposing the aforementioned complaints. The consumer will have to transmit a copy of this mail to the 1 Residence Bel Air - 77410 Villevaudé. Without this report, we do not carry out any exchange.

Error of delivery:

The Customer will have to formulate at RPS Boxe Creation, the very same day delivery or at the latest the first  day following the delivery, any complaint of error of delivery and or nonconformity of the products in kind or in quality compared to the indications being reproduced on the purchase order. Beyond this time, any complaint will be rejected.

 The formulation of this complaint at RPS Boxe Creation could be made to the 1 Residence Bel Air - 77410 Villevaudé. Any complaint not carried out in the rules defined above and the time limits could not be taken into account and will release RPS Boxe Creation of any responsibility with respect to the consumer.

 In the event of error of delivery or exchange, any item  to exchange or refund  will have to be send back to the RPS Boxe Creation in its packing of origin in perfect condition : 1 Residence Bel Air - 77410 Villevaudé. To be accepted, any return will have to be announced and to have prior agreement of RPS Boxe Creation, which in the event of agreement will forward again the parcel with the good address.

 The shipping fees will be paid by  RPS Boxe Creation, except if  evidence  that the product does not correspond to the declaration of origin made by the consumer in the good direction of return.

Right to cancel the purchase :

The right of “ retractation”  applies only to the physical people.

 In accordance with the articles L. 120-20, the customer has a seven (7) days deadline calendar to send back, as his own expenses , the products not agreeing to him. This delay begin  from the day of the reception of the ordering of the customer. Any return could be announced as a preliminary to  RPS Boxe Creation. The product will have to be sent back 1 Residence Bel Air - 77410 Villevaudé.

 Only will be accepted the products in perfect condition, in their packing of origin complete and intact, and in a perfect condition of resale . No used or  damaged item will be accepted  .Items send back in  their packing of origin will have been deteriorated, neither will be refunded, nor exchanged. This right of “ retractation” is exerted without penalty, except for the expenses of shipping go and back. On the assumption of the exercise of the right o f” retractation “, the consumer has the choice to ask either for the refunding of the paid sums, or the exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the reforwarding will be done with the expenses of the customer.

 In the event of exercise of the right of “retractation”, RPS Boxe Creation will make all the efforts to refund the consumer within thirty days.

Applicable law :

 The present general conditions are subjected to the French law , commercial court of Meaux 77. In the event of litigation or of complaint, the customer will address himself in priority to RPS Boxe Creation to obtain a friendly solution .

Personal data protection :

 All the information that you entrust it to us are in order to be able to finalize your orders. Under the terms of the law No 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, Data processing  and freedom, you have at RPS Boxe Creation a right of correction, consultation, modification and suppression of the data that you communicated to us. This right can also be exerted on line.
